As of 2/15/20, listings are increasing, sales are picking up, and we are playing catch up with inventory as expected. All the agents are buzzing with activity which means our spring market is starting! Too early to call a buyer or seller market yet. It depends on whether the amount of inventory continues to climb out of the minus hole.
