Even though these numbers look bad, they are being compared to this time last year. We are dragging behind last year due to COVID19 delaying our spring market, but pendings are about to catch up with last year. Overall, our total inventory has leveled out, which means we are selling as much as we are putting on the MLS, and the rest of the inventory is not selling due to price, condition, or location.
